Thank you
Dear Mr. Baker,
03 September 2010Posted by Brieana from Maryville, TNI just wanted to thank you for being such an inspiration for me. I'm sure you've had many a sappy letter or whatnot saying the exact same thing, but I thought I would say it anyways. I was born in 1993, unfortunately after your tenure as the Doctor, but as I watch your old episodes and I think about it, there were some really interesting lessons that I could learn if only I pay attention. I wish you the best of health, and I hope to one day be able to find myself like it seems that you have! With the utmost respect and thanks, Brieana K.
Doctor Who
I remember the first time I saw Doctor Who which was in the summer of 1983. The Story was called "The Horns of Nimon" on the local Public Television Station. I absolutely enjoyed the show. Thus, I became a big fan of your work, you as the Doctor and of Doctor Who. I want to thank you for your work in Doctor Who as it has brought good childhood memories and joy. I would love to see you return to the series in a Five Doctor scenario. I wish you well. Take care.

Your autobiography
I received a copy of your autobiography. Wow, I like your being straight forward. I still have Mary Tamm's autobiography to read. I would like to see Romana contact the current doctor. Also, I see how fans are perceived by you. I now know how to be a good fan.

Thanks
My 7 year old is fascinated with Doctor Who, and while he loves Matt and Karen, and loved David - you are still one of his favorite doctors! (this child was born decades after your tenure as The Doctor) - the fact that even now, your acting and presence has made an impression on him tells me why you were MY Doctor. Thanks for entertaining my whole family (oh! and I'd love to see you return to the series, maybe as a villain?)
