Just ordered a copy of the audio CD of your reading of A Christmas Carol. My Grandmother gave me the book as a child and it has always been a favorite of mine. That got to me thinking, if you had the choice to record any classic novel you wanted which one would you choose and why? Looking forward to hearing Christmas Carol.

I hope you enjoy The Carol. It was a subject of much debate. The whole story is a sermon really, an example of redemption. Charles Dickens could be described as a Christian author. So I tried to not sound too preachy nor too sinister. Personally I think old Ebeneezer had been dishing out goodies to the poor for years but enjoyed the reputation of miser. But from time to time I had to stop to hide my tears.
