My Great Grandfather was from England. Southampton, Hampshire to be exact.
Came to Canada in the early 1900's.

Hi all, I'm not a newbie but haven't been on here for a while, let's just say life hasn't been too nice to me recently and like a typical male I run back to my cave rather than open up, but after hearing about poor Mary thought it was time to come back on here. Thanks! Yes, it's times like this that you wonder what is the meaning of life, etc, when people seem to go before their time. I lost my nephew a week before he was due to be born and when things like that happen you're forever wondering "why?". I'm halfway through watching "The Key To Time" box set as it's a comfort to know that her reign as Romana is there for all to see. Will have to remember and find time to keep coming back and adding to the forum!
