Please do your research before asking a question and try not to ask questions which Tom has answered before – either here or in interviews such as the Doctor Who Magazine articles available on this website in the Doctor Who section. If your question is factual, please try googling it first to see if you can find the answer.
Questions about whether Tom will appear at a convention or in a particular programme or film are wasted questions as he cannot talk about any offers in advance, and the moment agreement is reached, he announces the news on his website.

Dear James
Maybe at the end of his career he became a parody of his former self: it often happens to actors, look at me for instance, but when I was seeing his early horror work I was utterly convinced. I loved all those creamy black and white films. I saw them at an early age as I looked much older than my real age and could pass for 16 at the age of eleven. Perhaps Chaney never saw his movies? If an actor watches his films or TV stuff or listens to his radio work then he is asking for grief, disappointment and even despair.
