Avatars are now enabled on Tom's forum.

You will need to upload your own images BUT these must not be BBC copyrighted pictures from Doctor Who, or any other copyrighted pictures. If this rule is not adhered to, we will have to disable avatars.

At the moment the dimensions allowed are 100 X 100 and 7.5kb.

Hope this enhances your enjoyment of the Forum.

It's a shame we can't use Doctor Who images. It just would be a gesture paying tribute to Tom.

No, it is not a question of a tribute. It is simply that copyright laws mean that you cannot use BBC pictures of Doctor Who - or any other of their programmes - without BBC permission.

On this website, we respect BBC copyright, and we will not allow usage of BBC images - or any other copyrighted material - unless agreed by copyright holders.
