After a 12 year break from acting in ‘Doctor Who’ you could finally be persuaded to return to it in ‘Dimensions in Time’, a great 3D film. What do you think of the current trend for 3D in the cinema?

Dear Philip,

I do not think I would return unless I was allowed to influence the script a little. But then I have no idea what the present stuff is like. I do not watch TV, nor do I listen to radio. I walk the dog and count the gold finches, pile logs and create little habitats for creatures I never see.
