Audio Readings

Postby DaviEvans on December 9th, 2011, 4:16 pm

Hi Tom,

Firstly Merry Christmas! Hope you have a great time and a very happy 2012.

As for my question- you have a very distinctive voice that is especially good on audio (I'm one of those commuters who relies on audiobooks to lessen the tedium of travelling to work via the tube every morning). Are there any authors/particular novels that you haven't done an audio reading for previously but would really like to have a go at?

All the best,

David

Dear David

I recorded my novel The Boy Who Kicked Pigs for Silk Sound Books where all books are the same price. The actors are marvellous and the choice is good. I do not recommend my book which is violent and bleak and sad sad sad and full of vile jokes but the others are great. Bill Nighy, what a reader! Give Silksoundbooks a go - you can find them on the internet.

Happy Christmas from Tom
