PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Start new topic to post your question. One question allowed per member per month. Ask one concise question per post, and please refrain from including information and comments irrelevant to your question.
These questions are for Tom to answer, so please do not be tempted to post a reply to someone else’s question. If you want to make a comment, post it in the Fan Community → About Tom’s Newsletters and Answers to Questions subforum.
Please do your research before asking a question and try not to ask questions which Tom has answered before – either here or in interviews such as the Doctor Who Magazine articles available on this website in the Doctor Who section. If your question is factual, please try googling it first to see if you can find the answer.
Questions about whether Tom will appear at a convention or in a particular programme or film are wasted questions as he cannot talk about any offers in advance, and the moment agreement is reached, he announces the news on his website.
Tom will answer a MAXIMUM OF 15 QUESTIONS PER MONTH.

Tom
(how forward of me)

I grew up with you as that time lord character and you were imprinted on my nut as the definitive Doctor. However, I read through the site and see so many people who are so heavily devoted to you and place a great deal of importance in all that you do. You have done some excellent work outside the blue box, and what I see of you through the interviews and the like you are certainly not up your own vortex. Can I ask, does the devotion of and the interest in all that you do from the fans ever cause you to worry or pause in your day to day doings?

Have a good Xmas and 2012, your not a bad sort and we are surrounded by so much empty tat nowadays that a bloke like yourself should be cloned and passed on (or does that make me sound like a nutter)

Dear Peter,

No it does not worry me. I try to live up to the image the fans have. After all, with my co-operation, the fans created me.

Happy christmas, Peter, from Tom
