Downtime VHS

Does anyone know of a good way to get the rare VHS for Downtime, the 1995 video starring Nicholas Courtney and Elisabeth Sladen reprsing their Who roles, for Region One viewing?

Some sites that sell Who merchandize carry it, but it's generally pricey.

I ended up tracking it down on youtube.
Decent show. The novelization is a good read.
Would like to see it get released on DVD with some 'making of' info

Thanks, I will have to check it out on youtube then. I can't wait until the new reimagined version comes out on DVD. i just hope it stays faithful to the original. I think I am getting the novelisation for Christmas.
