Hi Tom,

I was deeply saddened to hear this morning that George Baker has passed away  .

I just wondered if you could share some memories of working with this amazing actor when he appeared in 'Full Circle' as he spoke very highly of working with you on the DVD documentary ?

JR,

George was a very gentle man and immensely knowledgeable about food and the theatre and ran his own company.. He was very handsome when young and I believe he once treated Brigitte Bardot to a short latté. But most of all I remember yelping with laughter at George and Bill Fraser as they pulled out the stops. I knew his wife Louie Ramsey when I was at the National Theatre. They were very happy and helped to console cancer patients.

All the best from Tom
