I can add to the confusion by mentioning that while they lived in France, Tom and Sue also had a house in Heathfield. That's where they stayed whenever they were back in England for Tom's work. They sold that when they decided to move back to England permanently.

im glad they moved back to england it must have been a right game keep come and going from france to the uk all the time .at lease now tom and sue are now settled and by the coast to :D

That's a lot of moving around. I wonder how the cats got on going to France and did they pick up any French cateese while there? Purrlez mew cateese? Meow Oui, j'adore le cateese de Francais! :lol:

Not quite a former home of Tom's, but the lighthouse where he filmed 'The Life and Loves of a She-Devil' is also now a successful B&B (Belle Tout Lighthouse).
