Hello, Tom.
I have recently booked-up to see the play 'Jeffrey Bernard is Unwell...', which is currently on a UK tour, with Robert Powell playing the eponymous 'hero' of the piece.
While I am quite a keen theatre-goer, it's not one that I have read or seen before, so I'm wondering if you had seen the play, what you thought of it and - given that your autobiography, "Who on Earth is Tom Baker?" joyfully recounts yor times socialising in the Colony Room - do you yourself receive a 'mention'?

I did see the play and found it very funny. It completely changed Jeff's life as he could go each night to see how glamorous he really was in spite of being unhappy and ill. This was all due to the magic of the theatre and the charisma of Peter O' Toole the leading actor. And as the audience roared with laughter Jeff felt better; a delicious irony.
I hope you enjoy the play.
