Hello Tom,

One of my favourite Doctor Who stories is 'Masque of Mandragora' which was partially filmed in Portmeirion. I have often wondered what became of Norman Jones who played the villainous astrologer, Hieronymous. I really liked his rather sinister performance as leader of the Cult of Demnos. Other than a few cameo appearances in 70's and 80's British tv shows, I haven't seen Norman and I would be interested to know your recollections of him in that particular Doctor Who and whether you know what happened to him.

Laurence of Liverpool,

I can't remember anything about the piece. I remember VERY WELL Port Portmeirion but the story lines are all blurred.

I knew an old actor who once said; "I always wanted to play Hamlet." His friend said; "But you played Hamlet." And the old fellow said; "Did I? was I any good?"

Best wishes
