Do you think time travel will ever be invented?

Scientist Stephen Hawking thinks that one day we'll be able to travel forwards in time, but doesn't hold much hope for travelling backwards.

Don't worry about it. In my old age I now find myself moving sideways. I notice Jim Hawkins never mentioned that.
