Randall and Vic Reeves

Postby hackenbush on October 14th, 2010, 10:06 pm

Hi Tom
Like everyone else here, I have to say how enjoyable the new CDs are. So good to have THE Doctor back... I always thought Paul Magrs' writing was very well suited to the definitive Doctor Who.

Anyway - I wanted to ask about Randall and Hopkirk. It has been reported that you enjoyed your work with Vic Reeves - and it certainly made for superb television. Would you be keen to do further work with Reeves and Mortimer and, if they were to make another very unlikely remake of an old classic, what should it be (and what part would you like to play)?

All the best,

Mike

Dear Mike,

I haven't seen Vic or Bob for a while. Just a minute, yes, I did a little radio with Bob. I don't know what it was about but Matt Lucas gave the prize.. I would like to work with them again. R and H was good fun. I never saw the finished programmes myself. Did they leave in the scene when I kissed Vic while holding him by the ears?
