Who would I like to meet? Well... let me see. Tom certainly, no doubt about it! :)

Others: (hmm)

Nicola Bryant
David Tennant
Sarah Sutton
Terrance Dicks
Lis Sladen

Non-Doctor Who:

Jennifer Love Hewitt (she rocks!)
George Lucas
Steven Spielberg

That's it for now... plenty more really but it'd take too much space :D

a hmmm...
John Cleese and Tim Curry, both of them seem like they would be a riot and a half to spend an evening with. Razor sharp humour and perfect timing.
Jim Morrison- BEFORE he busted open the doors of his mind, hopped a lizard and went on through to the other side.
Michelangelo, Monet and Van Gogh [ maybe lucid, maybe not]- I just want to watch them work.
Richard Burton, Peter O'Toole and William Powell...
Andy Warhol, John Grisham and William Shatner. I only want to meet these three so that I can walk up, poke them in the eyeball and walk away...
Then there's that guy...you know , that tall fellow with curly hair ... I'll remember his name in a minute...
Are you suggesting coconuts migrate?

You know I would be quite keen to meet people who are not famous but interesting, like if I ever get to travel, I would like to meet people in other countries from really different lifestyles and cultures because they could teach you so much. Like a family in a village in Nepal or India, who have lived dramatically different lives to us in the west. I would like to spend time in my own country out bush with some aboriginals who still live off the land to learn from them. Regular people can have the most amazing stories.
I would like to meet Hugh Fernly Wittingstall (sorry if I spelled his name wrong...) the guy who does the river cottage shows and speaks out for battery hens and broiler chickens, he is a legend I love him and what he is doing with his shows. I would like to spend a weekend with Hugh on his farm and in his kitchen to learn how he does things and get some recipes.

And if I could travel in time I would like to meet people from ancient cultures and see how they really did things, like how they really managed to build those perfect pyramids or move those giant hundred tonne pink granit boulders and carve them in ways we cannot even do today that would be amazing.

My friends think I am weird but they also read celebrity magazines and think national geographic is boring.

Other people I would love to meet(besides WHO actors and actresses) are:

-Shirley Manson(lead singer of the band Garbage)
-Kurt Cobain(if he were still alive)
-Scott Weiland(lead singer of Stone Temple Pilots)
-Bill Bixby (If he were still around. God rest his soul. I miss him. )

That's pretty much it. There are of course others, but those are the main ones.

Had the pleasure of meeting Tom in late '97 when he signed a copy of his autobiography for me here in deepest Somerset. I've met a few other people (eg Terry Pratchett, Rob Grant from Red Dwarf) and would like to meet a few more but the ones that stand out for me are Colin Baker, Nicola Bryant, Terrance Dicks and Brian Blessed....I'm hoping Brian is the same offscreen/offstage as he is on it....top man :D
"Aaaaaaarrrrrggggghhhhhhh....me laddie!"

"You damned courtiers to the Queen, you're nothing but lap dogs to a slip of a girl!"

Hope to meet a nautical cove or two online to chat about Tom, "Who", etc :-)
