No I never met Alec Guinness but I thought about him a lot because in the old days ie. in the last millennium I used to drink Guinness, my mother liked a Guinness and so did her mother and so did my father; so it may be that there is Guinness in my blood. That is the closest connection I have with the mighty Sir Alec Guinness.
