There's not much time left for the doctor is there? Only one regeneration left. But they could give him unlimited ones I suppose. As for seeing an episode with past and present Doctors. That would be awesome !
They have already suggested that the regeneration limit fell together with Gallifrey, so there are a lot more doctors to look forward to. (I don't remember the name of the episode, but the doctor answers a question about his remaining regenerations with a silly three digit number, suggesting that the old limits don't work anymore.)
It's a wonder really that he is able to stay fixed oon who he is and where he is at. He has been so many places and times and has lived so long that you'd think he would get confused on where he is at or if it is real. Maybe that is why you never see him sleeping. If he dreamed he was somewhere he might get lost and not be able to tell if he were dreaming or not. And what would happen if he had a dream within a dream? What if he got stuck not knowing if he was dreaming or awake? How would he be able to tell? How would he get it sorted out?
Those of you that won't watch if Tom is not in it, I appreciate the sentiments, but, that won't stop me from watching it. I still watch The Five Doctors despite the fact that Tom's not in it! Sure I hate the fact he's not in it , but, that doesn't stop me from enjoying it.
I just got to thinking...assuming that Mr. B. is going to do the program, wouldn't it be rich if, upon his first appearance, he jumped out of the TARDIS with a top hat and cane and started singing,
Hello, my baby Hello, my honey, Hello, my ragtime gal....
Still think they missed a huge opportunity that in the 'Pandorica Opens' that when that huge block opens, instead of Amy, a familiar voice say 'Would you like jelly baby?' or '...And this is my friend Ace."
