Dear Canawho,
I worked for Benny Hill at the Liverpool Empire in about 1955. He was so innocent and gentle and so mischievous. And it was always the girls who were chasing him. I was on props and also worked the thunder sheet. I was as agile as a monkey in those days.
Dear Benny Hill, he seemed a lonely chap at the end of his days. Such a pity.
