Dear Tom,
I've just finished watching 'The Seeds of Doom' and wondered what were your memories of the inimitable Sylvia Coleridge as artist Amelia Ducat. Shame she never returned to the series.
Kind regards,
Jason

Dear Jason,
Sylvia was a great actress and a wonderful companion at table. She and I used to eat at Luigi's restaurant in Tavistock Street, Covent Garden. Everybody loved her, even God. Not that she was religious as far as I remember. We often talked about the devil and we would laugh.
She liked a Zambucca after dinner and sometime a Zabaglione.
Best wishes from Tom
