Dear Tom,
It's a wee while since I asked a question - (the anti-smoking effort is failng badly!).
Even now, I often think about certain aspects of the little village I grew up in as a child, and the folk that lived there. Do you have a particularly favourite memory or person from your childhood days that still pops into your head more often than the average thought..in a nice way?

When I was young in Liverpool most people I knew were supernaturalists. Come to think of it they were ALL supernaturalists. And they were always telling me what to do and what not to do. I recall a time when I was about six some old supernaturalist wagged his finger at me and told me not to commit adultery. This went on from morning till night, year in and year out. And most of them used to tell me that I was NOTHING. And I believed them. Credulity was my best subject, still is I suppose. No, I can't remember anyone saying anything nice from those days. A few people have said nice things since then so it has not all been misery. I feel I have been very lucky.
