Hi again Tom Baker.
Do you think the doctor can talk to earth animals like cats and dogs ?
I think he should because if the Tardis allows all languages translated to english. It should translate when a cat meows or a dog bark to english.

Cats and mice and dogs and new born babies: I talk to them all and they all seem to agree with me. And translated into English they mostly say the same thing: "How right you are,Tom."

Toodle ooh
