Shame, as all the specials had these great characters that I would have loved to have seen come back as companions: Lady Christine, Adiliene, Wilfred, that cactus girl with the shimmer, heck, I even liked the cheesy robot from 'Waters of Mars', but what do we get instead... another cute girl from now!
