Hi Tracy. Had a stomach bug over the weekend, which wasn't nice. Been going through Tom's Doctor Who stories on my dvd, listening to the Tommentaries, so that's made me feel better Hope you're ok!

im ot to bad ta got lower back trouble at the moment which is stopping me from doing some things but im making sure i dont stay still for long .i have got a heat patch on lets hope it will do the trick. i did a 6 hour walk the other day so i know its not from that dont want to be any way
