Dear Tom,

To my horror, I've noted that I did not attempt a question in June! Here goes for July. (And many thanks again for previous responses).

Given that your screen self, as the Doctor, was stranded in a remote, mist shrouded light house, it does throw up ideas for Desert Island Discs - Perhaps you've been on already and I've just missed it. But, if you have not participated, here is my question:

What would your luxury be......and why? I suspect that a Tardis would be banned - in fact, it appears that all useful things are banned on that programme - good old Roy (although, even he may have relaxed the rules by now!)

Desert Island Discs? No, never been invited. But I once worked for Roy Plumley in weekly rep at Henley-on-Thames. He was very soft spoken and rather obsequious as I remember.
