Just wondering if you have ever asked anyone for an autograph?

If not, then what smell reminds you most of your childhood -- freshly baked bread, freshly mown lawn, carbolic soap?

No, can't say I've ever asked anyone for an autograph........

Incense, yes, the suffocating smell of incense is my strongest memory. It was to do with religion, with prayers in a language we did not understand and with the magic of God being made and eaten three times a day in my parish. I was a great sniffer in those days and incense made my young head swim. I thought it was visions! But it was just hunger and dreams and delusions.
