Hi Tom,

In Bryan Panks' animated series "Tom's Diner", you voiced "Tom Plum" an eccentric food addict who is being treated by the "Institute for the Culinarily Insane." A favourite scene of mine is Tom Plum lavishing attention upon and mothering his tray of newly baked muffins (his 'babies!')

Noisy neighbours chewing celery aside (a hilarious story of yours!), are you a whiz in the kitchen and would you give Masterchef a run for their money?

Dear Anthony,

I'm no whizz in the kitchen as a creator. My wife does the creating. BUT I am an excellent skivvy. I love to prepare the vegetables and wash up as I go along and keep the surfaces clear and clean for Sue as she does her magic. I just love washing up though a washing machine has taken that joy away. I also like polishing furniture and doing ironing and polishing shoes.

I am a born servant.
