As a member of Tom’s forum you agree not to post any material – visual, audio or text – to which you do not own the copyright. If you do own the copyright or have a licence to use the material you want to post, this license must be able to be assigned to Tom Baker’s website. If material is posted which we consider might be copyrighted, we reserve the right to delete it immediately. If you wish to post material which is not your own work but which you have permission to use, please inform us in advance by sending a private message to the Forum Moderator. We will then ask you for proof that this permission can be assigned to this website. If in doubt please check with the Forum Moderator before posting.
